Thankyou so much to the very kind man who actually came out to our trailer and had a quick look at our mower. We own a mowing business and the mower decided to have a hissy fit. He told us our mower is obsolete but then looked at it and showed us the thing that had become dislodged. Knowledge costs nothing. Nor does friendly service. We are so very grateful. Thankyou.

Bought a chainsaw from here and continue to get it serviced here too. Candice is great. Friendly. Fast and knows her stuff about chainsaws. Highly recommend.Daryl is also excellent. Bought my first whipper snipper, his knowledge is great and great price too.

We went in to stihl kingaroy to ask about a spring the staff member was not interested in helping us he said really rudly we only work with part numbers, etc my husband even tried to draw the spring he wanted but again the staff member was not interested at all. Support your town they say but I was always taught to respect your customer.
