Kim saved the day on two counts. Responding to a late evening call he solved my seat post clamp issue. The following early morning repaired DI2 and a frozen headset. Great guy.

I have had great difficulty getting good service at the local bike franchise, which shall remain nameless. Suffice to say, I put my electric bike in for a flat tyre to be changed and on both occasions have ended up with a stuffed stand. The stand is not easy to access on the electric bike and takes some time to change. The difference in service between the two? Well Kim replaced the flat tyre and recommended a thorn proof tube - not mentioned by the local franchise. The bike stand was fixed - 50 minutes of work cost me $35 - a quarter of the price quoted by the local franchise which I thought was a bit rich given that the stand was fine before they changed the tyre. Another important aspect of Kim’s service is that it is educational and informative. He explains the mechanics and what he has done. Kim is not only honest and competent but also terrific value for money. Business traits that are difficult to find these days. We will now be using Kim’s service for all our bike needs.
