I happened to visit this shop and it was my worst experience ever as a customer in Australia. The shopkeeper was very rude and disrespectful. I even complained to the center management. I totally agree with Rebecca and Bagar

Discriminative, rude, and dismissive!Disallowing entry to the store because of a small mobility aid and abusing their (disabled) customers. Tried to explain it is due to an impairment, but the aggression and abuse just escalated. A traumatic experience for the disabled community. Unable to contact anyone (management, centre management) after the incident. Unreal. All contact numbers are disconnected.

Just got told to leave ('I dont want you in my shop ever again') because I took a suitcase down to look at and didn't put it back! The man verbally abused me and when I explained I thought it was dangerous and might fall on someone if I put it back, he told me and my daughter to get out of his shop. Fine by me I won't ever be going back and will be telling everyone I know how unacceptably rude that man is. Perhaps he needs a career change? Crazy Clarks across the road is MUCH better.

Amazing store, you can buy there just about anything for the home. Lovely people from Taiwan running the store beautifully, keeping good low prices and great product selection. Highly recommend it.

This shop sells low-quality items at an extremely inflated price.But what was even more concerning was the behavior of the staff. Rude and disrespectful to customers, showing a complete lack of regard for the people who were coming to spend their hard-earned money at the store.I would not recommend this shop to anyone. There are countless other stores out there that sell high-quality items at fair prices and treat their customers with the respect they deserve. Don't waste your time or money at this shop - you will be disappointed on both counts.

This is a great shop run by a very nice and kind family. What I have witnessed myself in his shop is genuinely appalling! Bogan customers swearing and spitting at him, defacating in the isles, and countless stealing from his store defies belief. I have lived in Goodna for over 45 years and this man and his store are fantastic.

Received my 37cm duck as ordered. I had expected blue but it was a really nice green. Very well packaged and quick delivery. A good price and will certainly look at further purchases.

I've been here a few times to buy the odd thing for home or for gifts. I've never had a bad experience with staff, they sell lots of different things, definitely worth popping in and having a look.
