Good place to cycle one's bike to in the morning.Kangaroos about. Exercise caution (as it is not an animal enclosure).Enough spots to enjoy a picnic with friends and family.Some history behind in the place as well (with historical buildings and pumps).The local council / organisation charged with looking after the area do a good job (went here on a Saturday morning and it was tidy, maintained and well kept).

Good place for picnics and learning about the reservoir. There are kangaroos in the park too.

Great place to visit with the family for a good picnic. Huge amount of benches to sit on, a few BBQs, toilets and waste bins. It has a decent kids playground and a huge ground area. Lots of kangaroos running in and around the park. It is a quiet and secure park. Closes at 4:30pm usually but also at 6:30pm during summer.

Nice, big area for picnic, a lots of parking and often you can see people practicing driving here as well, very quiet, def good to have some relax here

Beautiful views and ample number of picnic tables and toilets, but a bit tired. Needs some updating. Saw 15 kangaroos, which was a pleasant surprise.

It’s a lovely spot for landscape. Lots of history at the dam. I think they should put up some more old photos for permanent viewing, not the ones attached to the cyclone fencing.

Clean and very quiet public park located in the Prospect Reservoir. Huge open spaces with long walking & cycling trails. Drinking water and toilet available.
