Nice new and fresh looking store inside and outside. There's an alcohol store right next door with a large variety of drinks. Always a lot of room in the store and never too busy. Very nice people working there friendly and eager to help, parking is right outside with more than enough room. Sometimes not often you have to circle again to find parking.

since the renovation a couple of months ago, it's gone backwards. no express checkouts and less actual registers. getting served is a nightmare go elsewhere.

Nice, large, open-spaced aisles. Lot of stock, but not enough in the sugar-free range. Would be nice if there were some sugar-free drinks in the grab & go fridges - probably be amazed how fast they would sell.

I was pleased to find a where is it sheet" at the entrance of Woolworths in Emerald. The store has gone through refurbishment and it now has room to move down the isles with a walker or trolley. The only problem I have is its difficult to reach the higher shelves. I am in my 70s and 5 foot 3 inches small/tall."

The kind folk working at Emerald woollies are a cut above the rest.They are always helpful and friendly. Even through the Pandi they always displayed that they were happy, positive and helpful to all that come in.Ordering online is an easy experience as well. Shopping is always ready on time, wait is always short.We even received a little thank you recently which wasn't necessary but the kidlets sure welcomed it.Thanks heaps Team and keep up the good work.

I have to travel to any other Safeway but this one. They don’t stock the things other Woolworths do. Staff are lovely it’s just the lack of stock and or variety
