I wasn’t sure if this was the physio for me as I was not involved in sports, but I couldn’t have asked for a more caring and thorough physio experience . Alex and Henry are friendly , Knowledgeable , and go the extra mile in care, treatment and advice , and I highly recommend them.

My shoulder had been limiting my surfing for a few months.I saw Henry and he was able to tell me what was wrong, and how to fix it in simple terms. It's heaps better already, just need to get stronger now!

Henry and Alex were both supportive and professional in treating my hamstring injury. Experts in their fields, they treat everyone in their clinic as an individual not just as a customer. I have spent most of my recents years with a dodgy hamstring and now I can run pain free ! Thank you! The physios at Sports Physio Ulludulla are exceptional. They really are first class.

Previous physio just gave me a few stretches and I was on my way. Henry took time to assess and measure the extent of my injury giving me the tools and exercises to improve the injury. Dry Needling experience was excellent. Has gone above and beyond. Would highly recommend!
