Very friendly staff and prices on medication I bought for my grandmother were highly competitive with other pharmacies, I would highly recommend this pharmacy!

Friendly, but while smiling, a real rip-off. Charged me 47$ for 25 tablets generic doxycycline 50 mg (for daughter’s acne). Twice, so no coincidence or mistake. I thought it was very expensive being a small packet of a generic drug. My wife was furious (we’re both doctors). The third time I went to Chemist Warehouse and paid exactly the same price as on their website: 6.30$. Less then 15% of the rip-off price on the “Discount” Drug Store.They also overcharge on other drugs and a small bag of Fisherman’s is almost 5$.So, not going there anymore. They should ge greatful that l’m not taking this further.

This chemist is a rip-off, he charged extra for 3 items that have a price tag of a different price. I waited ages and had to walk him to the product to show him. This happen on several occasions, on products with odd number pricing and he always round up by at least $1 or $2. I know it's not much but if he does that to every customer that's a big amount of money at the end of the day, plus it is just dishonest. I waited 20 minutes to see if I could order a specific prescription, and he left me seating there for 15 minutes to just say he already knew he could not order what I was asking for after I had to ask him again in which he said he didn't even look it up he already knew.

Chief pharmacist Rony and his exellent pharmacist Siab,and the staff are fantastic..I have been a customer here for over 14 years,my daughter in hand, having experienced nothing less than knowledgeable,reassuring and caring service and advice.They all have a great sense of humour too.Whatever the health situation at hand,always a good experience here.

A small store with a limited selection. Staff are very friendly and seem caring. A non bulk billing medical centre is accessible through the pharmacy. I had a prescription filled and the price was 33% more than I pay at another discount chemist. I asked if they would price match. After a little while they agreed, made a fuss of adding a note to my file to always price match - and then charged the original price anyway. If they advertise as a discount place a customer shouldn't walk away knowing that you've been overcharged.

Rude customer service I was waiting first in line for 10 minutes and the worker comes to the cashier completely ignoring me to serve her friend!! “I saw your sister yesterday” no one cares who you saw!!! Very disgusted by the rudeness. Would not go there again!!!

Would not say this is a discount chemist. I asked for the generic brand for common medications and received the brand name, which obviously costs more.I have been to other pharmacies that charge this price and they don’t market themselves as discount. I normally go to Chemist Warehouse and will return there as it is substantially cheaper.One staff member was very friendly and helpful, however, one of the pharmacists was busy with another patient and the other one was on the phone sorting out issues with his mobile.

Wollongong discount chemist it's best because they be friends for 12 years, that's why I give him five stars.
