Never order NDSS diabetic items from here, every time I try to they mess up the order or they don’t even put it through and I’m stuck for weeks without my diabetic items which I need. They always mess up and aren’t very apologetic about it, even though it’s a really serious problem to be without my pump consumables and other diabetic items. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for my infusion sets and now have to switch back to injections because they still haven’t gotten them and haven’t even told me when they’ll be in. Really disappointed, and I have given them many chances but they always make mistakes..

Head pharmacist is an extremely rude lady, couldn't get my dogs script filled in tho was told by the bloke Saturday they would have his medication in on the Monday. The women said they did not have and will not be getting the medication in.

Head pharmacist is very rude. I have pain killers and he treated me like an addict. Won't be going there again!Do better. People with chronic pain are already fighting their bodies, do not make them fight for their painkillers as well. You are not a Dr, they have prescribed them, you fill them. That's it. Do your job

I rang up to inquire about getting a doctors certificate done over the phone because I had cold/flu symptoms and with COVID I wanted to avoid going in if possible. They told me they can do one but I would have to come into the pharmacy. Got there, said it would be fine, took my details and said it would take about 15 minutes. After about 30 minutes, the pharmacist comes up to me saying we can’t do a doctors certificate for cold and flu symptoms. Couldn’t have told me that on the phone so I wouldn’t have to bother coming in and wasting all that time??? She was also so rude and didn’t apologise for the inconvenience. First and last time going there.

Very rude service on more than one occasion. One time I was accused of being an alcoholic, but today was the last straw.I have been very sick for months with heavy uterine bleeding, a DVT caused by mismanagement of medication by a gynaecologist, and terrible, debilitating levels of anaemia.I finally had my hysterectomy on Friday. Today I was discharged, but I needed to collect life-saving medication to stop me from developing a pulmonary embolism. Apparently I sent through the wrong form. Did they phone me to tell me a life-saving medication had the wrong form and that I would have to send the correct one? No! And when my partner went to go and see why my order was withdrawn, the pharmacist refused to have a proper conversation with him. Clearly lives are not important to Terry White at Happy Valley… making money and making people feel bad about the medication they need is.Avoid.

The most useless team of 'professionals' that I have dealt with in a long time. Made me wait 30 minutes to tell me that they couldn't dispense my script. They didn't even check if it was ready the first time I asked. I would have been waiting all day had I not asked again. Disgraceful customer service.

Appalling customer service. Went in to have a Statutory Declaration witnessed and was told in a very rude manner by both the Male Pharmacist and female staff member that they were too busy. Not the first instance, will be the last time i set foot in that store. a pity i have to give any stars at all.

Staff are excellent . The pharmacist are friendly and very helpful . It's a busy place . I drop scripts off or do them online and then go Shopping . Fantastic Chemist . Highly recommend .

One of the staff members named Suzie acts like a complete cow towards customers. If this was only on one occasion I would let it slide, but multiple times when she has served me - and many others by the looks of things - she has been incredibly rude.Either this lady needs a talking to by management about her attitude, or needs to get another job where she is not interacting with people.
