How bad can one company continue to stuff up an order. I placed a simple order for a 10mm straight banjo and a 12mm 90 degree banjo with 2 x 12mm copper washers.They sent a 10mm (actually 7/16) 90 deg banjo and washers instead.I emailed and pointed out mistake and the replied right parts already sent.What arrived was only another 2 x 10mm copper washers.I rang and told them and then sent follow up email

Couldn't or wouldn't install the parts I supplied and got charged top dollar for a wiring loom but all I got was half a metre of 6 core wire. Thought they knew what they were talking about but the job they couldn't do in three weeks got done by another shop in 2 days.

Been restoring my Harley for the last two years. I’ve ordered parts online and called a few times for advice and they are always helpful, and friendly.. Popped in last week to pick up a voltage regulator and met RJ. Top bloke and knows his stuff and happy to chat. Highly recommended.
