In my 4 years at HQ Direct, I experienced my largest growth and professional development in my career to date.After a short stint playing professional sports I found myself looking for a work environment where I could learn and excel at at the same time. I took on an entry level sales role in their events and B2C team where I quickly excelled.Looking back on my time at HQ, I thank the training and development they provided on a weekly basis, that gave me the skills and confidence to run my own business in a separate industry 10 years later on.

Great company to work for, look after their team members very well, listen to your ideas and promote autonomy within the business. So many positive memories along with a massive amount of education in sales, communication skills and management which I have used in all walks of life since moving on from HQ after 6 years. Avoid at all cost.They make you go to sites hours away to do fundraising without being paid fuel accordingly and making you spend a lot of time in a car without being paid. They also organise a lot of unpaid meetings.It's a super draining job with very little reward.They will underpay you and if you value your time and yourself don't do this, you will regret it.
