Halls Head Family Day Care

Dagmar at Halls Head Family Daycare was highly recommended to us by several families and we were so glad that Dagmar just had a vacant spot when we were looking for a daycare for our 15 month old daughter. Our daughter is 2.5 years old now and loves going there and enjoys being in a small group with other children. Dagmar is like a second mother for her. She is so caring, lovely, 100% reliable and flexible and always goes above and beyond. She puts so much extra effort into everything she does because of her very high standards. All meals and snacks are healthy and home-cooked by Dagmar and the indoor and outdoor play area for the kids are just amazing. We appreciate Dagmar's high educational standards and love the activities she puts on for the kids on a daily basis that are not only fun but have also helped to further develop our daughter’s fine motor skills and language development which is important to us as our daughter grows up bilingual.We recommend Dagmar and Halls Head Family Daycare to everyone. It’s the best daycare you can get for your children in our opinion.

Halls Head Family Daycare are the best family daycare I have personally used for my three children for the last five years! Dagmar Higgs is reliable, flexible and never let me or my kids down. We use the overnight care with her, which is cheaper than a nanny or babysitter as you can claim CCB etc, when I work nights and so on.. Food for the children is all home cooked healthy meals and the care provided is second to none. I thoroughly recommend this service for anyone looking for quality care for their children. I cannot praise it enough!!!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dagmar and her beautiful family daycare. The love and care my son has received there is irreplaceable and I love that I found somehwere that is like a second home for my little boy. I love the home cooked meals, the attention to detail and the genuine care for all the kids that are under her care. Dagmar has gone above and beyond for my family and I couldnt recommend her highly enough.

My three children have attended Halls Head Family Daycare for the last 7 years and I feel so lucky to have found such an amazing daycare for my children. Dagmar is just outstanding to deal with and my kids adore her. She is like a second mother to them . Dagmar is kind , reliable and always puts children first . The daycare is spotless, meals are healthy and nutritious and they have an array of activities and toys to stimulate them on a daily basis. Having moved from another country I was very nervous about who would look after my kids on my return to work. Dagmar came highly recommended and to see how well my kids settled in made it so much easier for me to transition back to work. I know my children are receiving the highest quality of care. My now 3 year old has been attending Halls Head Family Daycare for the last 18 months and it has been the best family daycare I have personally used. When I first looked into Family Daycare for my daughter I toured 7 other Family Daycare Centres in the Mandurah area before choosing which service to go with and found Dagmar's service very satisfying with high standards in all areas, for the best care for my daughter. The level of care and communication from Dagmar has been outstanding. It is so comforting to know that my daughter is safe and being nurtured for in such a loving, caring and fun environment.. Dagmar's place is immaculately clean and well organized with an amazing, safe and fun indoor and outdoor play area for the kids. With endless activities for my daughter to choose from to stimulate her. Dagmar has always been so reliable and flexible, she has never let me down. The meals Dagmar provides the kids with are so yummy, healthy and homemade which my daughter loves. I highly recommend Dagmar's service to all.

I don't recommend this day care. When I put my daughter in I was heavily pregnant. After only a few weeks she told me she didn't want to take my daughter anymore, saying she was too busy with the other kids and that my daughter kept crying and disturbing the other kids. I was literally a week away from giving birth. It was a shock but I said okay, just let me get my daughter enrolled in a new daycare first and she agreed. The following week came and she refused to take my daughter - there was no two weeks notice. She left me in the lurch with a newborn and a very sore body after giving birth. I am a single mother so this was extremely inconvenient. Not what I was expecting from my first experience of a daycare. My daughter hated it. She got neglected and the other girl there the same age would cry everytime I seen her and she had been going there for a few years which gives me really bad vibes about this lady Dagmar"."

My two daughters have been going to Halls Head Family Daycare for over 3+ years, this is like their second home and family. As a working single mother I have found the flexible hours available prefect for my shift work. Dagmar has a compassion for the work she does and has a fabulous relationship with my girls. Her home is immaculate with high standard of cleaness and hygiene, offers a fantastic range of toys and educational items for the kids and home made healthy nutritious meals cooked each day supplied. Dagmar is very reliable never having a sick day off the entire time my children have been going. I would highly recommend Halls Head Family Daycare to other families.

We have been using Halls Head Family Day Care for the past 6 months for our now 11mths old son. Having to return to work can be hard however Dagmar has been amazing. Her caring nature and regular contact has made us at ease.Dagmar regularly goes over and beyond. Our son loves going to FDC, we can see he is happy and comfortable in the care of Dagmar and enjoys the small group interactions with the other children.Dagmar loving prepares healthy nutritional meals, structures activities and entertainment always with the children's best interests in mind.We would highly recommend anyone looking for a family day care service to make contact with Dagmar.
