OnSpot Car Wash & Detailing

First time customer and had the $185 polish/detail. The service was friendly and they had my car complete 2 hours before expected. The inside and outside of my car has never looked better. The attention to detail is second to none, very happy customer.

I have been a Central Coast resident for 28 years, and it is very difficult to find a car detailer, that is both not a rip off and goes a great job. These guys are brilliant.I am the first to admit that I am fussy, but these guys offer a fast and friendly, quality service with reasonable pricing. This is the ONLY place that I will take my cars when I do not detail them myself.

Have been coming to on spot car wash for about 6 years now. Went to get a deluxe wash today and they tried to charge me $70 instead of $50. He said that it was because it was a hard vacuuming job. I'm pretty sure it's because it's 30 degrees. Never will be returning. Guy was rude. First bad experience with them but I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Just went to snap car wash erina and they laughed and washed my car perfectly for the advertised price. (Just read the reply which is a blatant lie. I will be in contact as this is ridiculous. Can't even own up to the truth. My car didn't make it in to the washing bay as they wanted to charge me $70. There will be footage of me walking in going around the back, talking to the guy then him following me out the front to look at my car where he then told me that it was going to cost $70. Will pop in soon. :) )

They shampooed my seats right before giving the car back to me at 4:30pm in *Autumn. My car is now at the mechanics for water damage to my on board CPU as my indicators now stay on (they don't flash when used, just a solid light on the relevant side). Hopefully the mechanic has better luck drying it over the weekend (following my detail) with his industrial fan locked up in the garage but time will tell. Car looks great, but they may have done permanent damage.

Called in unbooked, told to come back next week.Came back Tue as arranged, told they didnt have staff, quoted $70 for $50 listed service. Car was filthy so OK. Came back Wed at 1pm as organized. Another man. Told they could only do inside or outside for $70 but not both. I stood my ground and he agreed. Asked him to remove portable mobility scooter to vacuum boot. Left it on roadway in drizzling rain. Moved under cover when I requested it. Got car back and it was an amazing transformation. I was very happy. Then got into car. Drivers seat was laid right back. Have a disability sticker on car, but not offered any help to fix position. Drove out into traffic, checked my rear view window to see how fast traffic approaching, it was facing the floor and I couldnt see well out my side window as passenger seat fully forward. Pulled over as something was pushing into my leg. Couldnt stop it so drove on. As I turned into Henry Parry Dr I felt my staring wheel going up and down. Nowhere to pull over. Finally parked and lever poking my leg was because staring wheel had been unlocked and left unlocked. Had to get assistance to fix it. Picked up grandkids and the blanket under their seats had been pushed to one side. As they threw it to me to put back under their seats, it had not been shaken or cleaned and all the contents went all over the just cleaned seat and floor. So all the praise I had for the great cleaning job was dissolved away by this lack of care and the risk to my life of giving me a car with unlocked stearing wheel, and the trauma that put me through. Could have been a 5 but now wont be going back.

I don't normally do reviews but I had to worry these guys. My car paint was on a sorry state with built up grime and caked on ash from2 years ago that won't go away.Picked it up like it was a new car. Sure they gave me so added stuff for free. But that's not the reason for 5 stars. Great work. Attention to detail. I'll see you in 6 months for the ceramic recoat

These guys are brilliant. They best car clean I have ever had. My car is thrashed by sand from the beach and dogs jumping around in the backseat and they managed to bring it back fro the abyss. Exterior and interior like new. A job well done. Well worth the cost.

These legends are the best in the business, I have a dog that sheds fur through my whole car, I’m a surfer that brings the sand home with me, and I go off-road and destroy my vehicle in mud and the boys bring my vehicle back to brand spanking new. Thanks boys!!!!!

Recommended by a friend, They did a phenomenal job on my Subaru BRZ, the car was filthy and needed a good paint correction too, they managed to bring it back as if it was just out of the car yard with that perfect shine, highly recommend them for their professional and high standard of work they put into my pride and joy.Will definitely be back again.
