Sarah, Yoshi and the print team were fantastic in helping me out today with some difficult printing issues. Can't recommend them enough!

It’s an officeworks, you can get what you need, but the staffing really is an issue. I actually almost feel bad for the employees who must really hate their lives to treat customers like this. No matter if I go for in store shopping or click and collect they always seem irritated that I’m there and it’s such an unpleasant experience. I’m avoiding this place like the plague.

The laziest people I've ever seen no one wants to help you when you're asking questions and they seem very uninterested in helping you they would rather put drinks away than helping a customer making a $2,000iPhone purchase went to the main desk like 3 to 4 times before somebody came out and when they came out they didn't look like they wanted to help the poorest service I have ever witnessed in Australia.

Always long unjustified wait at printing. One staff at the printing section and 3 or 4 standing in the corner not doing much and not willing to help you. Such a frustrating experience. It used to be much better service.

Love this store. Their printing services are always professional quality and really quick to complete jobs. Helpful and friendly staff too!

Had a large $135 family photo printed out on canvas. Unfortunately it was damaged before we received it. Appreciate the refund, but really it shouldn't have arrived from Fujifilm to Officeworks in a damaged state. Going back to KMART

Ive had many excellent experiences with photos and print here. Mich in particular has been really helpful. Printing is one of those things that give me such high anxiety. Mich gets my images/cards done in no time and with as little hassle as possible. Super impressed time and time again.

The business I am employed at has been using this officeworks for all of its printing needs practically forever, and the managers of the printshop have always been stellar.Karen, Erin, and the other staff members behind the counter, have always treated us with the upmost care, going above and beyond in what it takes to get the job done and keep their clients happy. Photos, printing, posters, all of it can be taken care of here, with as little or as much advice as you needKaren, in particular, is always helpful with suggestions on how we might achieve the result we want on a poster or a card. Her knowledge runs deep, and is wielded with the precision of a surgeon’s scalpel.This review is long overdue, and as I visited again yesterday and yet again received great advice and service, it is only about time that I sing praisesThanks very much for all your help and assistance! I hope the Yarraville branch knows what they have, treats the printshop well, and expands their staffing with other such talented and helpful individuals!

5 staff in store, 4 refused to help with printing even though there was a queue of people. Waited 25mins to get copies onto card because you can’t do that a self serve. Will go to Altona next time!
