Bibo Build

Recently had the Burleigh" backyard granny flat installed from Bibo for investment property purposes and am very satisfied with the results . The entire installation process was very simple and smooth taking no more than 2 weeks. Their advisers were extremely helpful in getting it approved by the council which was definitely a concern at first.The quality of the build was also surprisingly sturdy and well done for the price I paid. Its been about 4 months since installation and the tenant currently living in there has no issues. The granny flat design was also exactly as we wanted and was appropriate for my backyard.I strongly recommend Bibo if you're thinking about purchasing an investment property/studio office in your backyard

I’m still in the gathering information phase, but the customer service thus far from BB has been exceptional. They also organised for me to have a tour of a completed Bibo and the quality of the build/fit-out was excellent from the double-glazed doors/windows to the tiling in the bathroom. Another important aspect for me is that BB will organise everything from start to finish; leaving me to only find that piece of dream land to put it on!

We cannot express enough how pleased we are with the finished product of our BIBO Build. We use it as a home office and it is perfect. More than that, the process was seamless, from the initial brief and consultation, follow up, modifications that we requested to the site crew who installed it.Our build was in Kangaroo Valley and I recall that the team also enjoyed the “day trips” on site, as did we.

We are very happy with the completed home office project with Bibo. They helped us through the certification process, kept the project moving along even with shipping disruptions, and made sure the end result was polished and presentable. They were happy to discuss and implement custom requests, and were up front with any impact it might have on the project timeline. The finished home office is incredibly quiet, sturdy, and comfortable. There are a vast array of aesthetic options available, and they were able to customize the build to be constructed in a flame zone for us. I would recommend looking at Bibo for your next home office / granny flat project.

I cannot recommend this amazing company enough. From my initial enquiry through to post completion the communication was highly responsive, friendly, professional, truly honest and just so pleasant. The sturdy studio Bibo built for me (completed at the beginning of November 2021 within four weeks despite difficult Covid issues) is not only of a superior quality but also looks very stylish. Every fitting from the bathroom taps to the bench tops to the double glazed windows and sliding doors surpassed my expectations. Such was Bibo’s commitment to my project they even included a cat door within a wall for me.I could write more about how quiet, hardworking, innovative and approachable the team on site were etc etc but suffice to say I only have praise for Bibo, am extremely happy with my gorgeous studio and would recommend that you look to them for your build, they’re worth every cent!

Very customer focused organisation that prides itself on getting it done right. From early discussions and rough concepts through council approvals to order and install I felt we were always in the loop. Like all projects you hit challenges along the way and BIBO really came through - site access was challenging, no worries let’s organise a crane etc.

Our bibo cabin is fantastic. The design is beautiful and blends perfectly into our house / garden. It is working brilliantly as a teenage retreat/ extra bedroom and really maximises the use of our inner city block size. I was concerned about losing garden / useable space and the bibo team ensured the position accommodates these concerns. If anything it’s given me more space. The bibo team were fantastic to deal with and managed to work around the delays caused by covid to get this in place. It has been well worth the money spent.Heartfelt thanks to Lina and the team.

We are delighted with our BIBO studio, Burleigh model (3.5m x 8m) with bathroom, kitchenette, aircon, solar hot water system, and a 1.3 m wide deck. It is well designed, confortable, and looks slick and beautifully modern.The entire execution team - builder, plumber, tiler, electrician, painter - has worked relentlessly to deliver our BIBO studio in a record time. They were thorough, had attention to details and achieved a faultless, beautiful finish.Amazing experience with the customer services team who guided us through the design, certification and build process. They were knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and committed to meeting our needs.The BIBO team delivered a quality product with craftsmanship. It was a very positive customer experience for us.

Very well designed prefab studio. Ours is a 4m x 12m. Great look, great functionality. No much waste created during construction. The studio was delivered in panels which are perfect for backyard construction that has limited access.
