Mario's Hair Salon

Rude and disrespectful if you go close to closing time. We entered 10 minutes before closing on a Friday afternoon (door was wide open), only customers in the shop and were made to feel like an inconvenience requesting a haircut. Have used Mario’s for children’s cuts for years but will never walk in the shop again after that level of disrespect.

Mario is a true professional barber who doesn’t charge an arm and a leg. My boys always walk away looking a million bucks and with a smile on their faces. Recommend Mario’s hair care to everyone A++

The woman that's usually in there, rude today won't come back, go else where if you want decent customer service

I’ve been coming here since Mario Opened up I would say 30 years ago. The last year of coming here has completely gone down hill and it’s so disappointing to see this. I am rushed with my hair cut to get out so they can move onto the next person.Yesterday I had my hair cut and they cut it different to usual so I asked if they could trim the top a bit more, the response was “this is what you asked for” and pretty much said no cause she rushed to uncover me and brush the hair off, it was the biggest rush to get to the next customer, I couldn’t believe it.Get some new staff or shut the shop I think. Mario was nice to deal with, awesome person and cared. Currently there are two lady’s running it, one is nice, the other is very rude (she’s been there a long time now).I don’t know what ur going to do Mario but things have to change, I won’t be back, after 30 so years…..

Supposedly this place is open until 5pm, I turn up at 4:20pm with 1 person getting their hair cut and no one else waiting and got turned away saying they were finishing at 4:45pm. Terrible customer service, never using them again

I've been going here for my past three hair cuts and I can't recommend this place highly enough. Amazing value and skilled barbers.

Trust The other reviews.I had been scheduled for an important interview with very little time to make myself presentable.I arrived after they had just closed, the owner was just finishing cleaning up.I felt awful but I knocked and asked, explaining my situation.Mario absolutely looked after me that day. Extremely professional, and all round good person. This place has my loyalty. Thankyou.

Awesome barber shop, great guys and a great atmosphere. I walked in today reluctant as I’d always had my cut and shave done by my ex, I walked out happy with a fantastic cut and shave. I’ll definitely be visiting again
