Absolutely astounded at impeccable customer service and A1 results from Keith and Mike. I waited over 6mths (!!!) elsewhere for a part, then gave up and called these wizards; and it arrived in 2wks from Japan. They kept me informed and went above and beyond for me. I wish I had of stuck to my intuition with my insurer and ordered from Keith and Mike initially. Very, very happy- thank you both!!

Ordered parts for a hardlid that I purchased 2nd hand for my NP300 from a place in Toowoomba 3 other dealers couldn’t be bothered helping me including EGR I was promptly answered to via email and parts were arranged for me with all the instructions on how to fit Good old fashioned service does exist. Thank you
