I have stayed here a few times and can't fault it. Lovely owners, friendly staff. Rooms always clean and the food is great and reasonably priced. Highly recommend it if your just passing through or staying a while.

Warm comfy room, fitted our family of 4 with a roll out bed. Perfect for a weekend riding bikes at Louee. Friendly staff at the pub for a meal and a yarn.

Only on power point worked in room except for for power point fridge was plugged into which we had to use to charge phones didn't have a tv because its power point didn't work. Bed was broken. But room was a good size and clean bathroom was good with really good shower. New beds and a electrician to fix power points motel would be excellent.

Booked motel for New Years Eve and it was explained the hotel was closing at 5pm so had to arrive before then to check in. That was not a problem although the price was significantly higher than last time I stayed. We later realised there were no towels in the room and there was nobody to contact. That was a seriously inconvenient and spoiled the stay.Also note that there are no microwaves in rooms.

Great folks running this place ,Julie and Ray are very much out of the ordinary when it comes to running a quality operation. We had a great 3 night stay enhanced by great attentive treatment by all the staff ,But ray himself is a standout aussie. Kandos is a friendly country town.

No Good! New owner has very poor customer service. Rude straight up and so won't last long. Sad turn for Kandos, bad attitude bloke replies about the unpublished new prices up $30 per night now, says its not his website.Don't expect any meals there. In fact call up n ask what is available to avoid disappointment.Or skip altogether! ffs

A good motel and economical. Pub food nearby. Before leaving we pointed out the problem of no ceiling light (but other lights adequate so we weren't in the dark) and the ensuite window stubbornly resistant to closing which made for a cold winter visit during the night.
