I have a major issue with a pipe, got Jake out, showed him the area where the joining pipe is where the leak was coming from, he didn't listen to me, he found that the pipe was pinched down further aswell, only fix that section 3m length that was pinched. I was home all day, he spent 6 hrs total, booked use for 10hr job came to $2300 still got the major problem, due to ongoing water now my drive way is ruined and water is damaging my house foundation Now he won't answer or return my calls.
