Really disappointed with this company not answering emails or phone calls in regards to a malfunctioning solar system since being installed 12 months ago the product has not worked we have been trying to contact this company For months now and no one wants to take responsibility we paid out over excess of 18,000 for this with battery and hot water heat pump supposed to be a batter In there but I highly doubt there is because when the powers out everything is out now it’s all just extra large paper weights they are doing nothing our power bills haven’t changed and we are a family of 2 in a rather small home feel very ripped off to say the least I would not recommend anyone purchasing this product in the near future seemed to be a get rich quick when they haven’t even looked at our emails over 6 months ago 1 a month because no one’s replied
