Bossman gives you free donuts +croissants if you come in with mates, he shuffles around with slippers on bustling around the shop creating Bahn Mis worthy of the homeland. Glory to him.

We got some one dollar sugared donuts from here and they were not fresh plus had the flavour of fried chicken. Which begs the question, are the donuts being fried in the same oil as the meat, or if it's the same vat with new oil, is the vat being cleaned properly? I would give this place zero stars for these awful pastries, but we only tried the donuts so to be fair one has to allow for the possibility that other food on offer might be fine.

Crispy roast pork roll is the highlight. Packed with flavour. Lost of veggies, chilli and crackling. I wasn’t sure about the dusting of crushed peanuts, but gave it a try. Must say it was a really nice addition. Super friendly people. Will be back again and again.

What the bakery lacks in aesthetic appeal it makes up in taste.Crispy pork banh mi at Crosta D’Oro is simply delicious.Fresh, vibrant and full flavour pork roll. Perfect at anytime of the day.The crispy pork roll will set you back $8:50 and it is their most expensive option. BBQ chicken is $7:50 and is also exceptional. They also sell a range of bread loaves, rolls and donuts.This definitely a great spot for a quick and tasty meal.

Has to be the worst banh mi place in Melbourne. The pork roll is $9.50 and all I got was some pieces of crackling and a little veggie. But that is not the worst part. They use the same gloves to make your food and handle cash (no eftpos on weekends). Disgusting hygiene. Hope I don’t get sick :P

Disappointing banh mi overall. Flavour of the sauce they smother everything in is nice but the crispy pork is stale with no crunch and they only fill half the roll… it looks good when you open the bag but you’re left with an empty half roll after a few bites.

Worst bahn mi I have ever eaten. Thick peanut sauce all over it? Little to no dry pork, not even pork belly. Literally threw half of it in the bin just gross.
