SECOM as a Japanese Co. brand name is well known BUT from my Own experience with SECOM in Perth WA. I am proceeding in a court case against SECOM after consulting with the government consumer protection agent ! I have been denied warranty for their products beside their project manager deceiving in signing a contract!
