As a real estate agent it is often difficult to navigate the claim process on behalf of a client as 9/10 brokers treat you as a number rather than a client (or representative of) with needs. Angie (and the team) have been amazing to deal with and kept clear lines of communication consistently throughout the whole process, as well as working to ensure the needs of my client were met as much as possible before the file was closed off.
