If someone looks for a quality home, Civic properties has certainly got one for them. We moved to a brand new apartment unit built by them a year ago and can’t explain how happy we are. The units built by them in Seven Hills are top notch quality and without any compromises. When we first visited this home during open home, we were so stunned to see the detailed attention they have put on quality, design and inclusions. Highly recommend apartments built by Civic properties.

Terrific builder. We got a unit in a brand new building. The builder is very cooperative in resolving all the issues (big or small). The construction quality is pretty good. We got all the brand new home appliances in our unit. After moving in, we noticed few issues which is inevitable. Taufiq was the point of contact who looks after the building during warranty period. He did exceptionally well in fixing even the smallest issue. Also, he is very good at his work and always happy to help. Amazing guy. Overall, really happy with our new unit built by Civic properties. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Civic Properties offer great quality apartments. We bought an apartment unit in Seven Hills a year ago and we are very happy with the quality and layout. And, Toufik is very kind and helpful with fixing issues in the apartment. I had a few minor fixing that needed to be done in the property and had the problem looked into the next day. I did not have to follow up several times and the work was done.

We bought 2 bedroom apartment property in Seven Hills which is built by Civic Properties through Sahil Sapra (Property Broker), Laing & Simmons, Seven Hills. We are so glad to buy the property from them because the quality of construction is very good and it looks so beautiful and attractive from outside. I am sure the apartment will be awesome from inside when its get ready in Feb or March 2020. Moreover they provide us excellent service, they helped us in every aspect through out the buying process. We bought a new 3 bedroom apartment in Seven Hills from Laing & Simmons, Seven Hills and project was developed by Civic Properties. This was our first home and we had a wonderful experience with the real estate & the developer. The construction quality and finishes are really good. They also provided the ducted air conditioning in whole apartment and also. The developer was very quick to respond to any questions or requests. The project was delivered before the promised date.

The team at Civic Properties were very understanding and co-operative during settlement and made organising my finances a lot less stressful! My one bedroom apartment is very spacious and the layout was well thought off which has made it feel like more of a home rather than a tiny apartment room. I've really enjoyed living in a modern apartment and look forward to seeing what future projects Civic Properties has planned. Highly recommend them if you are looking at purchasing an apartment!

We bought our first home within the Hills Village project. After looking around the market, nothing compared to the the Mason Apartments development. We were very happy with the value, quality and styling of Civic Properties Developments.Their team were and still are great to work with. They kept us updated throughout the build and answered any and all of our questions no matter how complex or simple it was. Although we bought off the plan, the unit we finally received matched our expectations. The build did take a couple years longer than we signed up for, however we haven't had any major issues and there wasn't any compromise on quality.We highly recommend considering Civic properties for your next purchase, whether it is your first home, second home or investment. The team, particularly Daniel and Chris are fantastic to work with.

I brought 2-bedroom apartment built by civic properties in Seven Hills. I am impressed by outstanding construction quality. It has been one year since I moved in and till date I haven’t come across a single defect. Extremely happy with my purchase. On top the apartment was sold by Sahil Sapra director of Laing & Simmons Seven Hills who made the entire process from purchasing to settlement seem less.
