Absolutely fantastic experience, from my first phone call earlier in the morning (thank you Alisha) to travelling just over an hour from the country to pick up the equipment which I was able to ordered and paid for over the phone. Would highly recommend Novita tech Hindmarsh. Customer service is A one. Thank you for such great service

When this place first opened they had a lot of stock now not much at all except wheelchairs, chairs and walkers!!

This place is the IKEA for disability aids with house rooms kitted out with all sorts of tech. Kitchen cabinets that come down to you at the press of a button, smart mirrors in the bathroom, ceiling hoists in the bedroom, this place has it all. Plus every knick-knack in between. Add to that, a funky cool in-house cafe will keep you very satisfied.

The staff here are very pleasant and knowledgeable.There is plenty of parking especially for the disabled.They have a cafe inside and the store caters for a large range of disabilities.

Wow what a place!!! A smorgasbord of equipment, staff was great. Try before buying, drop into the Cafe while your there.

I attended Manual handling training on 19/06/23 and I was uncomfortable the whole two hours. The facilitator made me uncomfortable as he was touchy during the training. People are from different background and culture; and this needs to be respected.

Super friendly staff who are knowledgeable and extremely well informed. A great range of Assistive Products and demonstration areas that are really impressive. And a cafè to boot Well worth the visit.

[Review for the cafe]So I came to the cafe today, and I have to say, I was duly impressed with this undiscovered gem.The food quality was fantastic and fresh, the prices were extremely reasonable and it's for a good cause. The cafe is used as a training facility for differently abled people and they are doing a fantastic job.Please be patient with some of the staff though, as they are some of their clients doing their transition into the workforce training.Quiet note: everything is made in house.So if you get the chance, and are in Hindmarsh, I absolutely recommend popping in for a quick feed.

Have to wonder about the safety standards of this company. Witnessed a driver today number plate S341-CCU at around 2.00pm driving from Montague rd to be Ingle farm without using indicators including through the car park. As he stopped in the car park, I was close enough to visibly see him clearly on his phone. Not a great representation for a company that assists people with disabilities
