My next appointment was for a full health assessment for Acupuncture and cupping and I saw immediate improvement in my energy and overall health. Such an amazing experience. Ash was so friendly and knowledgeable, and made us feel so welcomed and relaxed. The cryotherapy experience was amazing. This was my first time in a cryo machine (I frequently ice bath, so was hoping I had a bit of tolerance from this!) and I can honestly say the results with cryo blew me away. I felt an instant rush of endorphins post freeze, but the real benefit I noticed that evening. I was in Sydney travelling from Perth, so the time difference left me super tired in the evening. That evening felt a flow of energy and mental clarity that I could only put down to the cryo! I am hooked! Hoping I can find a Cryo Science machine in Perth now!Thanks Ash, you made the experience so enjoyable. Ash and Dimpal are amazing, the environment is welcoming, clean and gives you a feel of confidence when entering. Both are super knowledgeable about their products and services and take time to listen and advise on what is the right therapy for you and are realistic about outcomes and health benefits. I have for many years had a problem with swelling in my leg and foot and the compression and local cryo treatments have made a huge difference to this issue. For the first time in years I now have two feet that look the same, without one being super swollen. I am keen to try their new therapy to support lymphatic drainage. Thank you Cryo for such a great professional service.

After traveling 14 hours from the United States, this CRYO session was exactly what by partner needed. The staff are so welcoming, and very good at explaining everything in good detail so you feel as comfortable as you can be. They make sure you are good through the entire experience, and support you during the session to eliminate any fears or worry. Highly recommend trying this to help improve not only your physical health, but mental health as well.
