Very poor customer service.Shaun sent a message to everyone enrolled in his Perth program Jan 2023 asking for feedback - good or bad.I replied with some negative feedback regarding my sons day.Shaun Brown himself rang my phone and asked questions regarding the situation, I then explained what had happened during the day.He was furious and demanded to speak to my 12 year old on loudspeaker asking for his reasons for the negative feedback.A grown man interrogating a child and answering the questions he asked exactly how he wanted to hear them and not accepting or owning any information that he had requested was quite disgusting.I would rate this 0 stars if I could.Shaun Brown is a rude arrogant man.

My son loves it there with great feed back. It was all he could talk about for the night. His coach deepsimar Singh was brilliant and gave a lot of new skills.
