Water Leak King Sydney - Grout Repairs

Very prompt and the two young men who fixed our leaking shower were very courteous and even took their shoes off to walk through the house. Sam who came out to quote was very knowledgeable and a fantastic job was done - it looks like we have a whole new shower. Would highly recommend Water Leak King. Unfortunately their after sales service is deplorable. I have tried, unsuccessfully to contact them over the past year and I have not had one person call me back. I now would not recommend this company.

Communications were terrific. Terrence and Ambar turned up on time. Took one look at our shower and confirmed the work to be done. Fully explained the process. They were professional, courteous and listened to what we needed done. They went to extremes to be clean and efficient. The outcome surpassed our expectations and I would highly recommend the Water Leak King to anyone.

Very impressed altogether. These guys came out today and were honest about what we needed to do. They didn’t try to sell me anything and I really felt like I could trust them. Dominic is your man for anything re Tiles/Waterproofing or non plumping leaks. Highly recommended.

I have now used Water Leak King several times for various properties managed by the real estate office I work for. Only on one occasion was there a complaint made by a tenant and WLK were very efficient and professional as always to rectify the problem (nothing major). I would gladly recommend Water Leak King to help with any bathroom issues you may have.

Extremely happy with the service. Wayne did the inspection and gave the quote and Yahya did the job. Very economical and wonderful job done. Shower upstairs was leaking and water was seeping through to the downstairs kitchen. After the grout sealing the problem stopped instantly. When others were asking for $2,000 to $4,000 , Water leak king fixed it for less than $700. I would recommend them strongly.

Extremely unprofessional. Best to stay away from this agency.I was given a quote of $600 for bathroom grouting. They assured me the leak problem would go away. However the bathroom leak problem didn't fix, rather got worsened. When I asked them to come back and fix their mess as well as my original problem, they disappeared completely, didn't answer my mail as well as phone calls. Wow so much for professionalism!

BEWARE. Have used water leak king twice in the last 6 months. Both jobs have failed. First was a shower repair. They came in and repaired but a couple of months later it leaked again causing large damage to my ceiling underneath. After they went back out to repair again they said they found another gap that the previous repairer missed which they then sealed. I asked them for a report on their findings to get it in writing but had no response. Also had them repair a balcony in another property as i wanted to freshen up the grout and seal it. Once again it failed causing extreme damage to my ceiling underneath in the garage. They went back to repair but said it had nothing to do with their repair works and just replaced a tiny bit of silicone. I had this inspected by a plumber through insurance who said the seal product they used wasn't epoxy which is what i paid for and was quoted for. The grout is already cracked and flaky so indeed the product used isn't what i paid for and now I'm up for several thousands to repair my garage. It's been about 4 weeks and they aren't returning any of my calls or emails. I am taking the matter legally now as i have no choice. STAY AWAY and use other companies who do a thorough assessment. They are very quick to sell you the product and their assessments don't even last 5 minutes. Read the fine lines and beware of their service when things go wrong and end up costing you thousands more to repair other damage. In both instances they made my damage worse.

Your staff were pleasant, professional and knew what they were talking about. Sam (who turned up as Samantha; not the Samuel we were expecting) is a great front-woman for your organisation. William is a great artisan, and my!!! was he clean! I was expecting to have clouds of dust all over the place but there was nothing. Both are an asset to the organisation. The rejuvenated bathroom looks great.

Jason from Water Leak King Sydney was so helpful and professional with his service for grouting 2 x bathroom floors and balcony. I would highly recommend this service.... polite, on time and generally interested in doing the right thing by the client.

Communication was not clear enough. Workmanship could have been better. In short, if you chose to use this company, get very clear with the workers about what they actually will do, because what you discuss with the rep, isn't always relayed. Also, supervise the job so you can make sure they clear away properly and finish the job. I was left with a half completed job and felt very ripped off.
