An Efficient Polite company To deal with! From the staff on the phone to the delivery guy the service was A1. Lets face it good old fashioned customer service is harder to come by these days but Kings Transport has it in spades - Thank You All Involved!

Had a delivery from a at Spring wood today. It was a boxed chair. The delivery men were courteous & very professional, unpacking unit & setting up in our lounge. As we are Age Pensioners it was very kind of these guys Bret & James , thanks guys for your, help J&B Robinson, Cornubia .pity more arnt as Procfessional.

Absolutely Horrendous Phone in system.Waiting time 20 minutes this morning.Tried to make an additional booking but could not get past the Automated System.Hope they see this review and fix it up as it is Pathetic.Obviously if I cant book I cant give them a Job to do.

I Don't know whether this company has subcontractors or if its franchised but I was disappointment to have the most arrogant driver deliver to my personal residence . car number plate 781TUE (Merc Van)The driver was a arrogant Pig. and next time I get a delivery I will be ordering them not to give me that driver or your company.Might be a good idea to chat with this guy! he will loose you business!

I notice a bad review about Ikea....Kings hasnt delivered for Ikea for over 5 years......Wonder about that review!! Our company have been very happy with the service we get and the standard of Drivers is far the best in Brisbane,

Came to deliver a couch. Box was about 1cm too wide for the door. They said to cut the box open, and take the couch out and it should fit and promptly left the box blocking the front door without so much as any help, an apology, or a goodbye. Left me to try and wrangle a 3 seater couch on my own. Absolutely terrible.

I have been contracting to kings now for 18 months. They helped me start my business by guaranteeing me work and they have stuck to there word. I find all the office staff easy to get along with and to talk to.I highly recommend kings.

Over the years I have talked to many Drivers from most of the Transport Companies in Brisbane. There are good and bad in every company , but in my opinion Kings Transport in general has the the best Drivers available, at least they all speak English!! It cant be coincidence that they are also the best payers in what is admittedly a poorly paid Industry. I am sure its also not coincidence that many of their Drivers previously worked for other Companies.

Where do I start, 1st text message to say delivery will be between 8.30am and 10.30am 04/12 then 2nd text delivery between 9.00am and mid day I contact your office at 12.30pm and then told between 3.00pm and 6.00pm it is now 6.20pm still not here. Bloody piss poor if you ask me. Not happy Jane.
