Lydie has great perception and intelligence. Her knowledge about the human body and mind is broad and deep. I have had hypnotherapy and massage sessions with Lydie and I leave her practice feeling clear in thought and light in body.

I had been suffering from a tight lower back, hips and also hamstrings for over 3 months , mostly due to my work as roof plumber. My GP recommended ibuprofen and other pain killers to manage the pain. It didn’t help that much and things don’t get better.A close friend suggested for me to try a session with Lydie. I was a bit skeptical, due to 5 sessions with a physio not doing much for me. But I have to say that since having my session with Lydie, it has reduced my pain issues considerably (over 75%). It is no surprise that I have already scheduled my next 2 visits. Simply said; Lydie knows her stuff. Very professional, and capable! I highly recommend her to anyone who wants results and fast.

I initially went to see Lydie for a massage and during my time on the table I became aware of her many other services and projects. The massage itself was fantastic, Lydie was more than happy to receive direction regarding which areas needed a little extra attention and she is extremely knowledgeable about the body and the varying causes of referred pain.I have since returned to Lydie many times not only for massage, but for hypnosis and life coaching. I have found her to be a rather enthusiastic investigator into my psyche which has turned up a number of issues I was not previously aware of. I highly recommend Healing Massage Solutions. What I found was Lydie's experience and knowledge with various massage modalities enabled her to adjust the treatment to help with my back problems. I also had one hypnotherapy session and my underlying stress was gone (and hasn't come back). Amazing!

I have know Lydie personally for a while now. Lydie is the best massage therapist that i have known.She really sets the body up in away that is really hard to explain.
