Extremely rude fellow behind the counter I paid a good price for a two minute job replace remote battery a it didn't work said he should charge me extra for sitting in car 15 seconds. I've been to them in the past as they were helpful previously. I normally don't put in reviews

I came in to the store for some advice regarding replacing a car keys, and the man at the desk, whose name I couldn't remember but had a Southern Cross tattoo on the forearm, was one of the most aggressive, rudest and incompetent workers I have ever met. Not only did he attempt to charge extra for the job, telling us that there was no way it could be done cheaper, which led us to seek elsewhere, but when I went to another place, I found out it was possible for a cheaper price, a better quality service and a much friendlier attitude. My advice- stay away from Mr Car Keys in East Maitland.

My keys would not turn in the ignition, so could not start car, a technician arrived early next morning, repaired ignition and supplied new keys.Very happy thankyou ! Highly recommended.
