Aqua Car Wash

Went there to vacuum my car never again the most worst place to go and found the parking bay had heaps of rubbish on the ground due to there attempt of a little office type of rubbish bin, if they are making money they definitely can afford big proper bins I want to rate it no star

I won’t be returning nor will I recommend this car wash to anyone.I have visited twice now. Both have been instantly regretted.Both times my vehicle has shad spray residue all over the seats, doors, steering wheel and the dash as well as the back seats.The cup holders have not been cleaned, nor has the centre console exterior.The exterior wash is supposed to include bug & tar removal. I have bugs all over the bonnet of my vehicle and my windscreen.After letting me know my vehicle is ready to collect I go and find my vehicle is parked next to an auto cleaning car wash and has water sprayed up the front. So now I have paid for a detail inside & out and I am leaving with water marks all over my vehicle.When I mention my concerns. There is always an excuse. No accountability.If only I could upload photos for reference.Save your money. Go elsewhere or do it yourself.

Aqua wash did a great, quick and affordable hand wash.I occasionally use the self wash which is also good, but had the team take care of it for me while I was up the road.Came back to my car looking brilliant.

The washing speed is very fast, and I am very satisfiedIt's really convenient to open the door at 8 o'clock in the morning

Would rate 0 if I could due to our experience at this car wash. I visited this car wash on Monday the 2nd of Jan. I can not recommend visiting the automatic car wash as it was broken - we paid, drove up and the lights never lit up (move forward, stop etc) like they were meant to, and the machine never turned on. We tried twice to get the machine to work with no success and were charged $30. I called the business requesting a refund and left my contact details and have still not received a call back (after a week of waiting). There is no email address on the website to contact either. I am still waiting to be contacted and receive my refund. Not happy.

Used to come here once a month and use the self wash. Wont be back. Same as every other bad review, their cashless system is beyond a joke and lack of transparency is borderline criminal. It's not a good system. The bad reviews and complaints you get clearly show this. It's frustrating, it's lazy and it's theft.

I have been double charged almost every time and the amount i am charged is more than on the display when i hit stop, do not use a card to pay for the machines at the self-service.

Very disappointed, no value for money and a no care attitude from staff.Bought a $70 Aqua Wash, which included an interior and exterior clean, and a wax. However, the end result was damaged tint to my windows and an unclean car, obviously not waxed. I pointed out the scratched tint and there was no accountability and just a shrug of the shoulders. Definitely don't recommend, would rate lower if I could. It will cost roughly $500 to fix the mess they made of my tint job.

This is a very strange business. I used their self wash. It strait away charged $15.30 from my card and also charged $6.30 for the wash. It displays that $15 will be refunded but never got it back. Will never ever use this business again.
