I am 80 years old. Ann has been keeping me mobile and almost pain free for several years now, she is very skilled and knowledgable. Additionally, Simon has been able to relieve difficult problems in my shoulder and hip. He has specialised skill in these areas, what a star he is. Without him . . . well, I would probably not be mobile. Thank you team.

Wow. After almost 12 months of issues with my back I went and saw Ann and after just one consult she pinpointed the problem. By that evening she had sent an easy to follow exercise routine through and after a day or so of the exercises the issues had resolved. The treatment from Ann has been nothing short of life changing.I also highly recommend Simon for his assistance in treating a running injury which i received approximately 2 months out from a running event. Knowing the tight timeframe, Simon did everything possible including treatment, devising a strength exercise routine, researching industry journals, emailing me out of hours and purchasing braces on my behalf.This above and beyond service and can do attitude, enabled me to complete the race. I highly recommend both Ann and Simon.
