I had called up the previous day to make a booking for my Glucose Tolerance Test for the following day. The lady told me all the instructions for preparation. I come for the booking at 8:30, being pregnant and fasting for 12 hours. I called up the place as I arrived to confirm that i wait for my name to be called. 9:30 comes and I have yet to have my name called, then one of the ladies come out to tell me that my name wasn’t on the system and that I had fasted for no reason at all and that there was nothing they could do about it. Never going back there ever again.

The women are so rude. You are instructed to ask questions when you get here, you ask and they get annoyed and bark at you. Should not be on the public sector if you can’t handle it.

Was fasting for 12 hours i should up at 10:00am only to be told that they can't take anymore patients. The craziest part was at 9:35am i called and i was told to come in and no booking is required.Lots of complains about this place i will take it to fair trading and health NSW for sure

No wonder they are rated 2.2 star horrible customer service . No warmth when you walk into this clinic front desk ladies so rude . Please if you want your day to be spoiled then you should go .I made a mistake going there would never go to this clinic. Luckily my area clinic does pathology referral from outside so straight away went there and received way better service and treated with respect
