I don't recommend this place. Rude workers, poor customer service and expensive for bad designs. I requested french tip and it looked very bad and i asked them to fix it they said it looks good and we busy we cant spend more time on you. Save your money and your time.

Overpriced and poor service!They give you a good price over the phone so you book with them and when you get the service done they charge you more!Would never recommend.

Have been here for the last 3 and a half hours waiting to get a full set, have been more then happy to complete there staffs nails and chasing after a small child that they have brung to work with them after they FINALLY FINISHED completing my nails I asked them to fix a nail and they instantly started rolling there eyes and making rude comments about me ( may I add I speak the language and can fluently understand each word) and I must say I’m holding back some water worksCompletely unprofessionalI was hoping for a different outcome as this isn’t the first time something bad has happened here but I have the Benefit of the doubt because I truely believe everyone deserves a second chance but they have absolutely blew my faith out the window this time around.You have definitely lost a customer.

I came here to get my nails removed with my friend, and let me just say we both agree that the costumer service here and work was terrible. As soon as we walked in, they glanced at us and then simply ignored us. It took 5 minutes for them to finally acknowledge us and to get a seat.After 30 minutes of waiting, Theresa finally started on my friend. She requested a design, length and shape just like any other salon. But Theresa was too busy calling someone, and ignored my friends request. She was left with uneven nails too!This other lady started shaving down my acrylics, and I was literally left with bleeding cuticles.My friend and I both agreed that we will not be coming back to this salon. They are all so unbelievably rude, and have little to no care for their customers or work.

First time service great, second time poor. Unfortunately it depends on which nail technician. Requested for a specific design and ended up with something different and it is very thick - I sense a bit of laziness.Another issue, staff should be very mindful of gossip. It is very uncomfortable witnessing and hearing how they talk about a customer with a genuine complaint as I understood every word in Vietnamese. I felt bad for the customer. I hope you take in consideration of the review.

Poor customer service, Not friendly at all. Nail tech hadn't even finished my service but she went and sat down too start getting her own nails done. Very lazy and rushed when doing my French tip. Definitely do not recommend I have been to many salons and this one is by far the worse.

honestly regarding my last 3 visits where i done full set acrylic with pedicure, i have nothing bad to say about the store. i called in advance to book an appointment and was served as soon as i walked in, the nail technicians were very respectful and had smiles on their faces, they were a little busy considering it was a regular day although i received full treatment with no wrong doing. the pricing for their service was reasonable and on par with other businesses in the same industry. the equipment they used for the pedicures came straight from unopened sterile bags, the cleanliness and hygiene of the store is very good and the staff are great. i have yet to experience anything negative, will definitely be going back.

I have been to this place a few times because it’s local. They have made my fingers and toes bleed multiple times with cuts. When they see the damage they don’t care and keep on working. They also have bad service listening to customers. They made my french nails thick and they looked so ugly i had to go back on the same day to fix them. Highly don’t recommend going. I would rather drive half an hour somewhere that could do me better service.
