i was served by alexander, and he was really nice, helpful and patient with me when it came to getting my burrito! i’ve never had gyg breakfast before and his happy attitude and the teams fast service definitely made me want to return! amazing work guys :))

Asked the girl so many times to give me everything the have on my taco. She kept asking if I wanted this vege and that vege. Surely no one is as dumb as she came across. Then the 2 tacos I got were nothing but tiny. Very disappointing. Not much alcohol range.

I am a regular at GYG and the chicken nachos I got at Townsville central would have to be the worst I have had. The nacho's were burnt, the guacamole was still whole slices of avocado and the chicken tasted burnt. I will stick to the Domain and Willows shops.

Tried it twice now and can't recommend this location.I like gutmen and gomez, but this store just doesn't get it eight. The first time we went, every table and seat were covered in bird poo. The food was alright back then, nothing to brag about. This time, it seemed like they learned and kept the windows closed. But the food I got was horrible. The chicken was barely cooked, making me throw out the burrito as I was afraid it would make me sick. The chips were ok. If you crave this kind of food, I con recommend going to the location in domain.

*Edited comment after terrible customer service:*About a month ago, I ordered a burrito bowl with slow cooked beef. About 70% of the meat was pure fat chunks which I found disgusting. Guzman Y Gomez responded (see below) saying they would LOVE" to make things right. I emailed them

AVOID! I placed my order online so it would be ready in non peak time. They made me wait over 15 mins in the waiting bay then when I finally went in to check my order, they gave me cold AF food. Not only that but they also got my order wrong and ws missing items. Very poorly run, only serving disappointment.

no complaints about the friendly staff however i got charged $10.20 for 2 tacos that are advertised for $3 each and no bigger than the palm of your hand - rip off, avoid.
