What a rarity it is to find real passion and quality service these days. I called from Melbourne to order Mothers Day flowers and was blown away by the quality of flowers and clever arrangement that clearly shows the passion at Blossoms by the beach.I have to commend the persistence of the delivery person who knocked on door after door to find my Mum's place as I had given Blossoms by the beach the incorrect unit number. oops.Not only did my Mum love the arrangement, she spent nearly 10 minutes on the phone telling me how wonderful they were......and she's a tough critic.Thank you Blossoms by the beach for making my Mum's day on Mother's Day.

I'm not sure if there is a term for a Valentine's Day Grinch but this business has certainly achieved the status. No delivery despite ordering days in advance and no communication to advise that there was a problem. When I finally spoke to her, she tried to blame everyone except herself. Mistakes happen but there is a grace in handling them that is notably absent here. Avoid like the plague.

I was delighted with the service I received from Blossoms by the Beach. I called from Melbourne and explained the colour scheme preferred by the recipient, my daughter in law. Even though she was short staffed, the florist artfully assembled everything she had in the colour palette on her work bench then video chatted with me until I was perfectly happy with the blooms selected. She then brought in, from all over the shop, half a dozen containers for my approval . My daughter in law was thrilled and so was I. Thank you Blossoms for your caring and expert service.

It's a shame that I can't review the flowers as even though this person accepted our order and took our money, they never bothered to deliver them. On Valentine's Day.Nor have the bothered to reply to the many messages that were left for them.

I wanted to send some flowers for the birth of my nephew. I placed the order online and rang to speak to the florist as I didn't want typical baby boy" flower colours (blue and white) but something that matched their home (more earthy colours). The florist totally got the brief and chose the perfect colour blooms that look lovely now but will also look lovely in a few days time too."

Donna’s flowers and service are amazing!! she can make the most beautiful bunches and is so helpful. I use her for all my cake flowers, birthdays, events and everything!! Definitely would recommend her <3
