Opal Hand Carwash & Detailing

Paid $99 for my sedan, inside and outside detailed wash, but they didn't even bother to give it a good wipe inside or in the boot. Even the coffee stains were not cleaned and no apology. The outside supposed to be waxed or polished, but honestly I couldn't see the difference. The $99 service includes bugs removing, but still there were plenty of squashed bugs on the car. The worst part was when I asked to talk to the manager, he rudely said he is in Sydney. I'm not going there anymore.

20221 Star ⭐️$250 quote to wash and vacuum my car.“We don’t do a basic clean”I didn’t want the premium detail just the basic clean I got a year ago which cost me $60, but no not available anymore with these new operators. I’d even said I didn’t want the boot cleaned just the inters.Pricing board on the wall has all been blacked out with gaffa tape.I walked away & will not be using this business again.

Wanted to charge me $150 to clean the car. Offered then to do detailing for $500. Absolute rip off. I said no way. Do not ever go here

I've had a bad back so couldn't wash my Jeep GC so I took it to the Opal guys in Nowra while I was in a meeting. Great job and reasonable price.

Booked in with these guys to have my car detailed today. Loved the fact I could book online, and that they tailored a service to suit my budget and needs.The car turned out better than I expected- it literally looks better than when I purchased it.Highly recommend and will definitely use this service again.

Do not use. I paid for inside and out detailing and washPoor quality, car was left dirty, see photos bellow,Staff dismissive and did not even offer to rectifyI wish i had of checked reviews before hand1st time I've made a review but service was so bad I feel that people need to be warned,

New owners - we usually are charged around $60 for premium car wash . Price has now changed to $90. What really frustrated me was that the owner opened up my car and used “pet hair” as a reason for charging me $130. He said with the $90 package, it won’t guarantee that the pet hair will be removed .. I’m sure the vacuum you use in the $90 premium package can pick up pet hairs.. it’s not like the hairs are stitched into the fabric and requires manual removal?! The job was done well but wont be coming back. Prices also not transparent .. they were duct taped off the sign- he could charge whatever he wants!
