I Bought I iPhone and the sound was wheezing. They couldn’t fix. I was able to get another model, but the option was not good and I would lose my protectors and my cases! Was not worth! No Warranty !

I recently needed to purchase a replacement iPhone as my previous iPhone had become unserviceable due to an internal fault. Amanda at Fusion phones was very helpful and showed me a selection of used iPhones of which I chose an iPhone 11 Pro Max that was in ‘like new’ condition and at a very reasonable price. Amanda also asked if I’d like to have my old phone seen to by their technician just to ensure it was beyond repair. I left my old phone and they ascertained the phone was unrecoverable but managed to save some data and photos.Overall I would recommend Fusion phones for anyone looking to buy a second hand phone or have repairs done to their phones.

Fusion are my trusted go-to for all my family’s mobile phone needs. Their repair service is exemplary and always cost efficient and we never buy brand new phones… why would you pay all that money when their refurbished phones are like new. Went for a screen replacement and battery replacement, the first screen fitted was faulty and replaced it with a new one and a screen protector. No issues or excuses to honour the warranty. Highly recommended.

DO NOT GO HERE! They don’t know what they’re doing, the lady I spoke to provided me with a terrible diagnosis for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. She said that the issue was with the motherboard when I said that the phone needed a new battery due to water damage. She then went to confirm the problem with the owner and then came back to tell me that it could be a battery issue but it would cost me $150 to check it and have it replaced but didn’t guarantee that it would fix the problem. I then took my phone to the Gadget Clinic in Burleigh Heads who provided the most exceptional service. They tested a new battery for free and confirmed that was the problem.

Best service you are going to receive hands down. Staff are full of knowledge and very passionate about what they do. 100% recommend!!!
