I have had Michael as my Personal Trainer for a few years. I had major back issues and Michael worked with me to improve my core strength and tailored a program that has greatly improved by fitness and general health overall.He has encouraged me in my weight training and inspired me to achieve my goals. He worked at my pace, which allowed me to progress without any time out.I highly recommend Michael as a Trainer; he listens to you and works within your capabilities.

Michael has been my personal trainer for the past few years. He has worked with me in achieving my goals of improved strength and fitness by adapting our training sessions to line in with my current health and fitness. With a mixture of strength training and core exercises, I have seen much improvement in my fitness, strength and general health and wellbeing. I highly recommend Michael and will continue to train with him in the future.

I have been training with Michael for the past three years, through four lockdowns, both outdoors and onsite at the gym. During that time Michael has provided motivation and customised workout programs to match the situation, which has ensured that I have continued to work towards my goals. I have been training with Michael for past two years. I have started training session with him to get big. over the years my goals changed especially for hiking and backpacking activities. Michael understood my changing requirements, and provided tailored programs to suit my needs. He is very friendly, attentive and really great coach

Michael is a very proactive personal trainer, creating a workout plan in addition to check-ins to confirm my goals. His approach to personal training is enjoyable, non-judgmental and even when conversing with me, he’s still very focused and on task. I’ve been training with him for about 2 years and it’s his positive and authentic interest in my goals, as well as noticeable progression, that keeps me coming back.
