I took 2 pairs of boots in to get the heels repaired, as they were worn.The man recommended that I should get the sole re done soon on 1 of the pairs.I was glad he suggested it as I was thinking it should be done, his suggestion prompted me to confirm yes they needed doing!I left that pair as I was busy and collected them the following day.The boots are like new again.Great work, very polite and professional, thank you for a job well done.

Sold me a watch band for $45. Frayed to pieces in 9 days. My watch has 0 scratches so it's not from wear.When I asked about he he was incredibly rude, took my watch and started trying to serve other customers to make me wait.Hope your business failsThe watch in the picture for battery replacements is an automatic, no battery. Do you know anything about watches or just how to change bands?
