I can't decide whether it was the delicious pizza, FABULOUS musician, lovely wines, super fast service, great atmosphere, friendly staff, amazing kids play area, impromptu Easter egg hunt or the general happy and positive vibe, that I like the best. Thank you, Raidis Estate, for showing our Victorian mates that the Coonawarra does it best. An absolutely delightful Easter Sunday for both kids and adults - we can't wait to come back.

Raidis Estate Coonawarra
We were lucky enough to visit this winery for a Spring Shindig. The local chef cooked his famous Greek Charcoal Grill. There was a live rock music and an open fire. Totally friendly and cozy atmosphere.They offered a pretty good deal: $35 per one entry, voucher for a Greek charcoal grill with salad and mashed potato and one Riedel wine glass which we could keep as a souvenir. You can also buy a glass or bottle of wine - we got a bottle for $20 and spent an amazing evening in Coonawarra. Thank you for a great memory.

Staying in Penola we walked to this Cellar Door anticipating a tasting and then moving along to the next place. As it turned out, we arrived at midday as Cate was opening up. I think it was nearly 3pm by the time we left and Cate, being the perfect host offered to delivery the carton of delicious wine back to our accommodation in town. Such a fantastic family owner Cellar Door. We will certainly be visiting this place next time we are in Penola. 10/10 Raidis and 11/10 for Cate. She is a beautiful soul. Thank you

Atmosphere was great! Live music was good. If you’re looking for a great place to hang for the afternoon - it’s perfect. However what was disappointing for a foodie was the pizza. Recommend eating before you go. Hence the 2 stars.Pizza base was worse than store bought. The oven wasn’t at the right temperature so it made the dough dense & chewy and not in a good way. The dough needed to proof more to make it fluffy and crispy. But that’s the problem with pre-packaged dough. You really need to make your own guys. Then I’ll give you 5 stars.

Fantastic Cellar Door and Function Centre. Attended Pizza & Tunes Easter Sunday. Great Music all day, Great Food Options. Wines are Top Class and nothing is too much for the staff. Thank you Steven for organising us a ride in and back and special thank you to Chris. Really enjoyed our chats with you Chris. Fantastic Customer Service and totally urge everyone to go visit them. A+

Lovely cellar door located in the township of Penola. A great range of wines and fantastic staff. Loved the art work on the walls by a local artist. Well worth a visit. If you need a nibble you can build your own platter with locally made produce and sit in front of the fire and enjoy a glass of wine.

Loved our visit to Raidis Estate, we should have just stayed here all day instead of moving on. A great family business that all share the passion for their wine. We were also fortunate enough to have a Greek coffee with Chris. Highly recommend.
