He came right away and even though he couldn't get past the building security (needed a fob for building access & elevator), he went above and beyond in making sure I was safe for the rest of the night offering me a blanket and bottle of water - very considerate! a big shout-out to the locksmith who came to our rescue last night. They were absolutely fantastic! Not only did they show up right on time, but they were super efficient in unlocking the door and fixing the broken lock. And on top of that, they were really friendly and provided great support throughout the whole ordeal. Seriously, their professionalism and skills were top-notch.
