Love this place, the family who own this place are so lovely and always really helpful. And they have the most beautiful clothes.

Firstly I'd like to say the old lady who answers the phone, you are the most rude person I have ever had to deal with. You couldn't be more sarcastic and rude if you tried. After enquiring about a product over the last phone and receiving such negative and unhelpful service I would hate to see what it's like in store. Sure they have nice clothes after looking via Instagram however most things you can get from other stores and that's exactly what I will be doing. Extremely disappointed. I would urge other customers to beware!

The girls in this store are always so beautiful and helpful AND extremely honest. I value honest opinions in shops because no one wants to be told something looks good just so they make a sale. The clothing is always on trend and they cater to teenagers right up to older women! My favourite shop!

The customer service here is appalling. The women working in this store actually make you feel bad about yourself and judged. Shouldn't we as women, and small business owners be lifting each other up? The items they sell here can be found elsewhere. You're better off spending your hard earned money at a place that deserves the business.I would also like to confirm I live in Avalon, and have come into the store several times. I walked in today, expecting to buy several pieces for the holiday season, and walked out just as disappointed as every other time. The older lady and a young brunette glared and ignored me during my time in the store, making me feel uncomfortable and leaving without a purchase.
