This business has cleared all their negative reviews from view! We had a bad experience using this business and since saw other reviews where other people had warned about his shonky practices. We had a starter motor installed in our truck by Guilio, with a '12 month warranty'. The starter motor was found to be faulty and the manufacturer (who I had to contact directly with info from another auto sparky because Guilio & his wife wouldn't supply the details), the manufacturer - Baxters - offered to refund the cost of the starter motor to him once they had also tested it but he refuses to refund us. We gave him the opportunity to replace it but he was 'too busy' to fit us in and expected the truck would be off the road while he took 3 months to get round to organising a replacement. Beware of using this business! There were several unhappy posts on this site prior!

Over charged, over priced and they’ll make sure to make a small job into a big one so they can book out the hours!Don’t believe the other good comments, friends and family have been asked to bump up the star rating… ask who Gianna Quinn is that’s left a great review… the owners sister, office staff.Take your car to Hamstead auto electrical instead.

Recommended by RAA for battery replacement , call up and guy quotes we work per hour so if it takes us half hour it'll be $50 If it's an hour a $100 .. serious it's a battery can figure out how long it takes to change a battery maybe just give up bro"

Rude customer service and I felt not ok taking my car here for electrical work, the charged me way to much for a simple task, my advice is anyone can do better than these blokes and charge far less
