Russell was phenomenally professional. He was quick, efficient, friendly and courteous and his communication skills were exceptional. He sourced my tyre and let me know in advance how much it was going to cost me. Russell also gave me an approximate time then rang ahead to let me know when he was on his way. I would thoroughly recommend Russell; his service was exemplary.

I found Russell to be highly efficient, he responded to my late Sunday call immediately and made himself available today (Monday)- we set a suitable time and he got delayed with another job - he actually called to explain and that he would be a little later - wow! you don't see that much these days. I appreciated that phone call and the later time suited me even better...He got straight to the job - no mucking about, clearly knew his trade and was very pleasant. I would be happy to recommend Russell to anyone. Thank you very much Russell, I am super impressed by your professionalism and will be calling you in the future.

Russell came out to us today in the quickest time, and changed my tyre even faster. Genuine life saver !He went above and beyond to save us being stranded over two hours from home. Extremely friendly and professional. We would not mind being in another situation like this if we knew Russell would come and rescue us again !

Russell is great and I'd happily recommend him to help with any tyre replacements. Russell has come by and helped me with replacement tyres on a both my RAV4 and VW Eos now and both times I've found him to be really friendly, very knowledgeable and fair with his prices. Russell was reliable and turned up when he said he would and he was great with his communication too.Organising new tyres for my cars isn't exactly one of my favourite tasks or expenses but Russell took the sting out of what is usually a painful exercise by being soo good to deal with. I'll gladly use him again in future.
