Everyone I spoke to was lovely and helpful. Team turned up on time to retrofit wall insulation, cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. House is warmer and we are happy with the outcome.

The 3 guys we had do our instal of external wall insulblok were very polite, informative, caring and had a great camaraderie together! The following day our neighbour (duplex) noticed blocks falling from his garage (a structural issue from our houses). The guys promptly returned to fix something that wasn't their fault and they cleaned up all the blocks that had fallen. They also seemed genuinely happy to be helping! Thank you!

4 Seasons installed both ceiling and underfloor insulation for us in November 2022. We were very happy with their prompt service and competitive pricing, and have already noticed that the house has been pleasantly cooler than usual in the first months of summer. 4 Seasons Home Insulation rang me after I posted a job on serviceseeking then arranged an on-site quotation, A gentleman ( called Ian ) came for inspection and presented a few options to me with clear explanation, I felt comfortable with the way Ian dealing with me, which made me feel they are honest and professional.Even though I did not go ahead with their quote due to my limited budget, I would like to share this feedback of mine as they have done a good job by providing a proper quotation. Thanks to Ian.

Initially good as they actually contacted me back after my query, made an appointment and inspected my house to quote for insulation.This is where things then soured. Was told they would send someone else to try and crawl under our house to make sure they could do it all. This never happened, no quote ever came despite follow ups. Useless, avoid.

From start to finish the process was seamless and everyone I dealt with from office admin to salesman and installers were all professional, efficient and easy to deal with. Having no ceiling insulation before the difference is incredible - hardly had heater on since.

Big lesson in trust your instincts. Should have realised when it took 2mths for a call back to book a job after chasing them. Whole experience from start to end was a nightmare. Would not recommend.

I had my federation house under floor insulated by these guys. 5/5 for the insulation i can really feel the difference.I recently had to go down the crawl space to find my cat and had to actually see the work they’ve done. Really great work! I’m really impress! They didn’t harm any of the floorboards and kept the crawl space how they found it. Didn’t find my cat under the crawl space though but really great craftsmanship. (Found the cat on my neighbours yard)

Not sure where the negativity comes from in other reviews. All I can say is that I had no issues with this company from the initial contact right through to job completion. Quote rep showed up on time was informative and provided figures immediately. Office staff booked installation date with lots of options for us. Team showed up on time and got to it straight away. Cleaned up would never have known they were hear. Great job and would have no hesitation recommending to friends and family. Many thanks to the whole team.

Roof top and wall insulation: Workers were courteous, punctual and happy to answer my concerns or questions. I asked for an inspection of the work a few months later as a bit of the product was out on the ground in one side of the house. It was found to come out of previously unseen air vents on the brick wall behind plants. They also took and showed me photos of the work done by Four Seasons as I requested, and it was all there. All good! The insulation works beautifully!
