I needed a stormwater downpipe to outflow to the kerbside gutter, but it seemed an impossible job due to the slope of the block and the connected driveway between my house and nextdoor. To Tom's credit, he was happy to consult and discuss options and suggested we do some investigation of existing infrastructure before making any big decisions. This proved visionary as the team were able to tie into some long-forgotten, existing stormwater pipes on the property and solve the issue. Thanks to Tom and the team for great advice and quality, professional service.

We had a draining pit and pump installed by Tasm in December. It fixed our drainage problem perfectly Tasm were a delight to deal with , very professional and helpful, and will not hesitate to call Tasm again for all plumbing issues. I highly recommend Tasm Plumbing to anybody.

I totally recommend Tom and his team at TASM Plumbing, I have used their services several times over the past few years, more recently twice this month and they are always super friendly, professional, helpful and get the job done. They've installed a gas cooktop, replaced leaking taps, installed a dishwasher and checked clogged pipes. Give them a call of you need any plumbing services.

Firstly, my 5 star review could be based on TASM Plumbing’s communication alone! On the phone, Tom was very polite in managing our booking and was very happy to receive the next available booking after the Easter long weekend for our plumbing issues.On the day we had Nick, who was prompt and one of the most polite tradespeople we’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was knowledgeable, efficient and fixed both our bathroom basin drip & toilet plumbing noise issues quickly whilst also communicating with us both with what the issues were as well as what he had done to rectify them. Will absolutely be using TASM again in the future should we have the need for a plumber and we thank Tom, Nick & TASM team for being the utmost professionals.

Very happy with Tasm Plumbing Services. I called up after a burst pipe and urgently needed some repairs. Tom was fantastic and scheduled us in within 2 hours. The plumber was very friendly and courteous, everything was explained to us and sorted out promptly. Highly recommend.
