I work for courier company and I went to Ullrich Aluminium Carole Park, Brisbane for a parcel pick up on 12th December around 3:30pm. There was no one at the counter but I saw the lady who is usually sitting there at the back office chit-chatting with her colleague. There was a staff only sign at the automatic door to the back office so I stayed behind the door and said that I was here to pick up a parcel for them.And suddenly she came out of the door and yelled at me saying “Back off!!! Back off!!” while doing the go-away hand gesture. She was so loud and aggressive that caught everyone’s attention in that place.So I said “why are you yelling at me” and she said “Can’t you see the staff only sign?” As I did NOT cross the door I said to her, “Did I cross the door?”At that moment, she paused for a second as she realised I did not do anything wrong.I told her that I came to do my job and I kept waiting behind the door until she comes out.And then she started telling me in an offensive way that I have to follow the walkway to go around and get the parcel from a place where I have never pick up from although the pick up was ALWAYS at the front counter.As she continued to be loud and aggressive I got offended so I walked out.As I was walking back to my van, one of their customers who was watching the whole drama run after me and told me that her behaviour is not acceptable and I did nothing wrong.Very unprofessional, terrible customer service.

Absolutely lovely staff and very, very helpful. Prices are amazing especially the joiners compared to all other businesses. Will definitely buy more products in the future from Ullrich.

Huge amount of products kept in stock, friendly helpful staff.

Tried to pick up a simple aluminium bar. Then told they have a minimum buy of $25 to buy there. I literally couldn't give them my money. very bad customer service. There was no one else in the counter sales store.

Wide variety of product. If it’s aluminium and they can’t do it. It most likely doesn’t exist. Always busy when I have been in. But the staff still respond to you in a timely manner.
