Pool Project Management

Not a real company yet, and not trying very hard to become one either...This place is basically an ex-concreter and an ex admin lady fumbling through stuff they've seen done on site by other professionals and making it up as they go. And despite their premium branding, I'm still ok with that. We all have to start somewhere, but there is no customer service, what communication there is, is on their terms, they will belittle you with your lack of construction knowledge, then bully you into paying for something you don't understand, they have slowly learnt to begrudgingly accept ownership of some mistakes, and if you pester them enough, they may actually resolve some of it, but theres no shortage of excuses and not enough pride to honour what had been agreed upon and complete their work. I'm always up for helping someone have a go at it, and very accepting that issues will then arise, but they have to try harder than this... So until these guys grow up and learn to accept some responsibility, I strongly advise you stay away from them.The quoted price doubled. The timeline more than doubled. The pool isn't built inline with the contract. The job is still incomplete and once they have your money it is very hard to get any relevant response from them, unless you post a review like this it seems... but even then it's more accusations.And dont believe the other reviews, they are just from their family. I should have noticed they pretty much all went up within a week of each other.Save your money. Save your time. Save your backyard. Save yourself some trouble and find someone else.

Karen and the team from Pool Project Management have been great to work with always providing solid project management as well as genuine guidance and transparency along the way during such challenging times for our build and budget. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for a pool build.

We were so happy with Pool Project Management and the work they did to make our pool a reality. Everyone is lovely from Karen and the ladies in the office to Jimmy and Craig who built the pool. From beginning to end they have been supportive and helpful at every turn. Always happy to answer questions no matter how stupid they might be (and I asked a lot of stupid questions). No problem was impossible, Jimmy or Karen was always able to find a solution. As our house is on a hill and the back garden was almost unusable for anything but a slip n slide. Project Pool Management not only built us a pool but built up the land with some of the extra dirt to create an area of flat land that we can now use for entertaining. The pool is getting endless use by my family and the neighbours’ kids. Not one day goes by that at least someone is trying to escape the summer heat in the pool. Pool Project Management did an excellent job designing and building our pool. The quote was a good bit cheaper than other quotes we got in and the timeframe quoted was quicker too. They were a smaller company, but we decided to give them a shot as they were SPASA registered, and often you get better service from smaller companies.The whole build went very smoothly. The project started on time, the dig went well - with no nasty discoveries and the steel, concrete and tilers all came when they were supposed to. All in all a very smooth and stress free experience.The system they put in for us (a saltwater chlorinator with acid feeder) is excellent. The pool is like swimming in a glass of water, with no taste of chlorine at all. Our kids can stay in it all day and not have sore eyes of skin like a raisin. Best of all, the pool requires very little water balancing as the machine does most of the hard work, so it's pretty hands off, which was exactly what we wanted.If you're after a drama free build with an excellent finish I would definitely give these guys an opportunity to quote on your job.
