5 stars doesn’t even come close for the level of experience and customer service provided to us for an after hours call out. Would HIGHLY recommend this business for anything tyre and wheel related!!! (even wheel alignments). Can not thank the team enough at Dunlop Goondiwindi. Kind regards Sam and Tam.

I made an appointment for tire alignment at two o'clock a week ago, when I made an appointment by phone and checking how long should I wait, they said it would take an hour. After arriving at the store, I had to wait an hour for confirmation again. I waited in the seating area for an hour and 10 mins, and my car was still parked outside, so I went to ask the counter twice( 30 mins & hour)they replied that it was because of the delay in front of me, so I have to wait, I asked them that it would be meaningless to make an appointment, and they just ask me to wait and didn’t feel apology, that’s very bad experience in Australia, waste me a long time here!

After spending the morning in the dentist with 3 children, I discovered my tyre was completely flat! I’m not from town and I was told to call The Tyre Service. I am so glad I did! They got me mobile and back to the store where they repaired the tyre in no time, treated us to the best customer service we have experienced in a long time and when the bill came we were pleasantly surprised. You know they are good when the best part of the morning is your flat tyre! Thanks again guys. 10/10

Heath and others at GTS are totally customer oriented.I came in for fitting a tire and new spare tires for my trailer (hard to find) and the crew got me going again in no time at all.Highly recommended!
